I dont know how to change settings for console but on PC you can select on which servers you wanna play. Try "seas" or "weu" or any other. I get very good pings on "seas". Like below 100ms (sm1)
custom games are peer to peer great for ur cafe.

so just purchased for all ps4's should be set, one guy playing online today said it was playing perfectly fine. net must have been fixed LOL damn peetcl.

u shouold play with ur own squad its awesome when u have friends who are your squad of 5.
You can play custom matches in your cafe via peer to peer option ( Don;t go for the dedicated servers). Otherwise if you wana play on dedicated servers then you should be connected on SEAS ( which randomly connects because sometime you get connected on WEU or NEU). If you get connected on SEAS your ping will be between 100-120 on an average because PTCL has changed their routes recently for asian regions.

I dont think ISP has anything to do with it though or may be they do. Complained a lot to them via emails and calls. Not sure if its ubisoft or Connect (sm1)

You can set seas as default server just once. You dont have to restart router every time for that. Here is the guide for doing that. Its really simple: Rainbow Six: Siege - Manual Datacenter Selection - Ubisoft Support

Rainbow Six Siege hits 100,000 concurrent Steam users following White Noise update
White Noise launched on Tuesday and later in the week the shooter hit 100,000 concurrent users on Steam for the first time, as shown by Steamcharts data. That's impressive given its age and more than double what it was pulling in at this time last year. Right now it has the fourth biggest audience on Steam (and more players accessing it through Uplay).
It's a good indication of what continued support and regular, meaty updates will do for a game. The third year of updates is already planned, with new content coming out on a quarterly basis. Season one of the third year will include two new operators and the game's first co-op game mode called Outbreak, a three-player "new fantasy" about quarantine and biohazard.

except that ubisoft servers are not enough anymore and every one is fked up till they add more servers...
well whole sunday was wasted, couldn't connect to them etc only after 8pm could join....
