Future patches:

With the global release of God of War, it has been great to watch and hear from our players. We wanted to take a moment to highlight things we’re planning to address in upcoming patches.

We will be debuting Photo Mode and introducing a global increase to text size in all menus and subtitles. We’re also planning an additional controller option to remap Rage Mode.

We are continuing to investigate an issue where selecting the “New Game” option from the main menu without closing down the application first may result in missing dialogue and possible progression blockers. To avoid this in the meantime, please close down the application before starting a new playthrough.

Lastly, we are working to include fixes for some infrequent crashes and bugs to continue to stabilize the experience.

Photo Mode in this game should be a great addition. Horizon had some real nice wall paper / art piece style things come out of it's Photo mode. A shame it wasn't there day 1, but better late than never.

God of War has won critical acclaim from pretty much everyone, and now it is a massive commercial success as well. Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment sold more than 3.1 million units of the franchise revival worldwide within its first three days of release, making it the fastest-selling PlayStation 4 exclusive yet, the company announced today.
Sony launched God of War on Friday, April 20, and the sales figures the company gave today are for the game’s opening weekend, April 20-22.
“I would like to personally thank the millions of fans around the world who decided to embark on Kratos’ latest adventure with us,” said Shannon Studstill, studio head at God of War developer Sony Santa Monica, in a statement on the PlayStation Blog. “Your support is truly inspiring, and it’s a reason why we push ourselves every day to go beyond the boundaries of play.”
God of War’s initial sales numbers are impressive on their own, but even more so in the context of Sony’s other high-profile PS4 exclusives.
Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which was released in May 2016, was the previous record-holder for fastest-selling first-party exclusive (in North America, that is). Nathan Drake’s last excursion racked up sales of 2.7 million units worldwide, but in its first seven days of release. Last year’s Horizon Zero Dawn was the biggest debut in the history of Guerrilla Games, with more than 2.6 million copies sold during its first two weeks in stores.
This year’s God of War game is the first new entry in the long-running franchise since 2013’s God of War: Ascension. It brings Kratos out of ancient Greece to a new setting with its own mythology — Scandinavia and the Norse gods — and introduces his young son, Atreus, who accompanies him on an emotional journey. Tell me about it. I haven't been able to enjoy another game because I'm still not over God of War. Similar feelings when I ended Horizon, Uncharted 4 and Persona 5.

guys im sure you've realized they introduced more realms than needed for story like asgard, musphelim and such which had nothing to do with story yet ! i wished they did an expansion kinda thing to this god of war where they added more missions and stuff to reach those realms to do objective missions and or even new story mode etc...
