Well, those ping times prove that the problem is not at your end. I would suggest restarting your modem until you get an IP from a different range; and then check if pings get any better.

why not i change the modem and buy a new one any possibility it will reduce my latency im using zxdsl 831cll?
nope im using this from last 4yrs maybe it be the router issue bcz everything is fine.
You would be getting much higher ping times to your router and modem if it was a problem at your end. Also, if you're getting consistently high ping times, then that also means that it's a problem at the ISPs end. PTCL won't be able to help you though. Either keep on restarting the modem to get a better IP or change ISPs. (Or wait it out. It might go away after some time)

I am getting the same issue. IP 185.182.x.x and 39.x.x.x.x give me high pings too. 300+ gaming is unplayable. But its normal on 182.178.x.x IP. And yes i am facing this problem before the incident. So it's definitely back end issue. But how to resolve this. I am clueless here. Have tried many times with PTCL. But they always turn out to be dumb apes !

Bro VPN wont help in this case. It would make the pings worse if it even affects somehow
it always help me when some time i get 300+ ping on some EU servers, after vpn(specific locations) it gets 190~210ms

today i call 1218 and they said latency depends upon you system if your system is powerful your latency will be low and update the antivirus do not use any kinds of vpns these dumbass employes doesnt know a bit about anything you should resolve your prob yourself.

This can only be solved by PTCL but it has been going on for like 2-3 years afaik. It's a routing problem.
Only choice is to keep restarting router to get a 182.178.x.x IP.
we dont get those ips anymore. i dont know how are you getting. ive tried that many times.
Well, I don't use PTCL for gaming anymore so I'm just speaking from experience. I know for a fact that you could change your IP till 3 months ago. That's when I cancelled my PTCL DSL subscription. I don't know if that's changed now.
