I have tried kali gaming network but the Latency-rate is a problem for me.Of course i am on dsl, Most of the servers i know are hosted far aways from pakistan. so we should have our own servers here in pakistan.or atleast we can get together on weekends and make some private servers to have fun.Has any body tried kali?

Hamachi gives you LAN over the Internet.

Virtually any application that works over local/home networks can also be used over Hamachi networks.

Think - Windows File Sharing, iTunes, Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance or even gaming - all fully encrypted, authenticated and peer-to-peer

One licence costs you 40 $ but then why dont you use windows vpn.

Local cable is superlative for playing multiplayer games. But Not everybody have the luxury of Local cable. One option we have is if all multiplayers gamers are hosted on same isp it acts like local cable the latency rate is pretty good. :D
