Maybe you compare them depending for the price you're getting them?
Anyways
Oneplus 2(which ill later be referring as OP2 below)
Pros
Close Stock Android Interface(matter of personal preference)
UI has less agressive permission and notification system
Dev Support maybe higher being older and mainstream device
Grippy Build
Cons
A slower Processor
810 is known to heat up and throttle although it varies from device to device
More heavier
No sd card slot
Mi 5s
Pro's
Snapdragon 821 processor
4gb of Ram (64gb OP2 has the same)
Better Battery Endurance
3D touch in some variants(128gb)
Unibody Aluminum Feels premium to some(no snap on back covers)
Cons
MIUI is both good on bad depends on users usage (its mostly aggressive with notifications and app permissions )but this can be fixed with another ROM or is less aggressive on Global ROM
Build might be slippery compared to sandstone grip of OP2
In the end of day they are both completely different devices
If OP2 had Snapdragon 821 it would be my pick i prefer OP2's design over Mi 5s but you should consider device aging too so in coming years Mi5s will be better performing then OP2 and maybe Mi 5s already has Lineage based near stock ROM already out if so then it would also compete/beat OP2'S interface.
These comparisons were both on a normal consumer and power user based if you dont swap ROMs or have less knowledge related to that still many points will help ya chose your flavor
OnePlus 2 was a massive disappointment and continues to be so, OnePlus has also discontinued support for it. Mi 5 is even better than an OP2 any day. Though, i would prefer an OP3 over Mi5s.
I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform. Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
