Playstation ok i just baught a ps3 ..but...

i want to connect my razer headphones with it... and since the ps3 has no 3.5mm jack..i just conected the ps3 hdmi to my lcd hdtv and pluged the headphones into the hdtv's audio out 3.5mm jack.....

and it worked, but the problem is that i can't adjust the voloume that way.. its the same for the headphones no matter how much u change the voloume from the hdtv remote, it only does it for its own speakers.. so i gotta find another way to connect my headphones to the ps3.... since there are alot of ps3 owners here [i think]i thought someone might know the solution to this

if you want to adjust volume for movies you can press triangle while movie is playing and look for speaker icon and set it to +4 using the directional buttons, but if you want louder volume for games i fail to see why the volume adjustment on your HDTV isn't working =/
