screw the top speed man. i mean the 'pick' in 2nd gear. TBH I haven't driven any other 1300CC car but I am sure they wont be like this. My Diesel Corolla has better pick in 2nd gear; sure it wont do more than 60-70km/h in it but till that it's much much better than a city.
It could be because in 2nd gear 'VTEC hasnt kicked in yo!' :p

I have arguably the Fastest 1.3L Car in the market iVTEC City
i also have the Slowest 1.3L Car in the market iDSI City (sm1)

AFAIK! RX-7 & 8 are the fastest 1.3. There you go.

I had a 1.0 Liter Vitz Auto 2 Door Sports version and it literally used to smoke the old city and give a decent time to the 1.3 cars out there. It was one of the fastest automatic vitz in Isloo, heck my brother even beat a manual vitz with it :p.

I have driven the new city quite a lot and at best it's a 'meh' car. At 14 lakh is a travesty. You can find a 2004-2005 VTi for less money. Car prices have gone insane in the past few years.

Vitz RS is a 2 in 1 package..... it can be used for both just like a BMW M5, or Audi RS6 ......ringing some bells?
RX-8 or RX-7's have a stiff suspension (Garbage ride), they still drink a lot of fuel even when ricer's drive it at 40km/h at a constant whereas Vitz has an excellent fuel consumption.

Try to learn something first instead of blabbing away the whole time with only one word your mom taught you which is "TROLL".

Honda City 1.3 iVTEC has an Official 0-96km/h Acceleration of 11.7

Suzuki Swift 1.3L seems to be giving 11.5 Seconds

I can honestly say that Vitz is a bit more lesser, we were 3 people ( 1 really fat) in that blue 1000cc 2-door Vitz, model 2004......and in just two shift's we were touching 100km/h but its not that...... We just hit it so quick that it was amazing for a 1.0 Litre.

Speaking of numbers is a bit hard as I don't have much proof on me......and a manual Vitz is pretty unique and hard to find.

I myself own a 1.3 but automatic.....haven't tried anything on that one yet.... got it a few days back...

Alright guys, May i represent you the one and only Successfully running Daewoo Racer GTi 1.5 MPFI (Model 1993) aka Devilz Mafia, 1st hand driven :

- Starting from the paint job, instead of doing an overall paint job of a different colour, I modified this and painted some black racing stripes on the bonnet, over the roof and also the side stripes myself.
- Also one of the first guy's to ever change the gear oil of a manual transmission engine as it had crossed a lot more than a 100K.

The Modifications:
- GTi's own Intake Manifold with 4 fuel injector's on the rail implementing MPFI (The stock engine had a single Throttle Body injector design)
- GTi's own original Airbox was installed.
- I also changed the Head of the engine to match the different Intake Manifold's holes to the engine head. An O2 sensor also came with the header's but never utilized that.
- Installed Civic 98 VTI's Fuel Pump as more fuel pressure was needed.
- Installed GTi's own Vented brakes (Stock daewoo comes with non-vented ones)
- Installed GTi's own bigger Brake Servo (the stock's much smaller in size)
- Changed the Cam cover, got it from karachi.
- Installed Power-steering, which included the power pump and all of its piping was custom made by me, stock doesn't come with one.
- The CNG location was changed as can be seen in the pic's also GTi's AC piping were fitted as the airbox took over the stock's AC reservoir.
- Installed new 8mm Spark Plug wires, with Champion Spark Plug's (The only plugs that work well in this car and none else!)
- It wasn't stable on Petrol, So i gave the design of a Circuit diagram which was basically Input of 12+ and output would be the Variable of 12+meaning 0-12V @ 3A for it to be made by some guy i knew in blue area.
- Connected the positive output to the Map Sensor's Positive +5V and stabilized it on idle which then enabled it being stabilized even on load.

The last project's that I wasn't able to do was to install its own Distributor-less ignition ( For this i needed GTi's own uncut wiring for the ignition but couldn't find it along with the Crank position sensor and other stuff.
The other thing was rear-wheel disc brakes that would have been a Bolt-on fit without any alteration's, but couldn't find that either.

I'll keep updating the post if i remember any other mod's, there were just too many :p

Pushing your car like crazy in one gear to get a few kms out of it then bragging 'Meri to 130 jati hai 3rd main' is the most stupidest thing to do. Gears are a FIXED ratio. Unless you clutch is damaged and you've changed your tire size, your car will do a certain speed at a certain rpm on a certain gear no matter if you are running it on CNG or Petrol or got a shot of nitrous. If it does 100km/h at 4500 in 3rd, it will ALWAYS do that (till you actually mod the gearbox). Gear kenchna doesnt say anything how fast a car is. 2nd main 100 jaey 3rd main jaey ... jitnay JALDI jaey is what matters. Infact, the less the speed you can get in each gear, the faster you will accelerate. Short gear ratios. Engines full power band used to accelerate a lesser amount of speed each gear. Logical really.

Once your engine tops out its peak HP figure, you are doing nothing but wasting time pushing that gear. Shift to the next and I can guarantee you will go FASTER. I used to shift my GTti at 6500-6800 (just the point where it maxxed out its HP and then got a fall in power) .. though it redlined at 7000 and went upto well upto 8200RPM before the limiter.
