its been some time now, i think till now gateway and MT-CARD SUPPORT 3DS GAMES, the prices of these cards are very high 70 to 75$ , but with time the prices will get stable.SAME WAS the case with r4 cards for ds , in the beginning the prices were really high and game compatibility was not very good , but by passing time it got better.
till these cards come to pakistan i am better of playing professor layton and resident evil :clap

well i checked and it says to be able to run hacked games on 3ds, it must have fw 4.1.0 to 4.5.0 something... im on latest 7.1

I am also on the latest 7.1 but I prefer buying games instead of getting pirated ones, game developers put a lot of hard work in making their games, But still when the firmware of these cards gets more stable and game compatibility increases I will try it on my older 3ds , I prefer 3ds xl way more than normal 3ds.

Yeah my friend got gateway and when he asked me if I want one? I said No because i dnt like playing pirate games, not anymore.... I use to have tons of roms on DS but I played them less...now i have few 3DS games but i play them a lot...

I really dont get the notion that we should buy original games to "Support the developers" (In pakistan, anyway, and not counting digital only games bought direct from the respective e-shops). These are "Multi-million/billion" dollar companies. They really can't give a damn if anyone from our little third world country buys genuine games or not. I mean if one buys games from local shops around here, then they have obviously purchased them from someone, who also must have purchased them from someone else i.e The developer has already been paid at some point in this string, right? So we are only really filling the pockets of the person we are buying the games from, not the developer(He's already been compensated).

I have nothing against pirated gamers. I actually do put a lot more effort since i've bought the games. But i don't buy original games cause i am worried about the developers.

You are right that they shop owner has paid for it... look it this way if u stop buying original games from them than they would not buy and the other guy will so not buy it you know demand and supply notion... We r not a bigger market but it is something....

You know piracy was alos one of the reason dreamcast died because playing pirate games was super easy on it and with dreamcast one of the most famous series ended Shenmue...Which is in my top 5 all time fav videogames...We shenmue fans still dream abt another shenmue and dreamcast is one of my fav console...

Every game is not available in pakistan, i mostly get from eshop, you will know the importance for paying for games when you complete your first project of software engineering , you will realize how much hard work you have to put into it

In fact,you can go to shoptemp or just go to gateway 3ds official site,here you will find many official stores available. If you need, here is the place i got my GW3DS from : http://www.modchipfactory.com/gateway-3ds-the-first-3ds-flashcart-for-3ds-games-p-19.html , official agent and cards till now run perfectly. What's more, you also can use the blue 3ds card to play gba games on your N3DS/XL . you can give it a shot.

I have a gateway card and 3DS with firmware 7.1 somthing. How do I make the gateway card work with the 3ds?

It will not work... u need a 3DS with 4.5 firmware or less

Just as the title says. I want to add funds on my account but I don't know where to get eshop cards. Can someone please tell me where to get them?
Note: No one in my family has a credit card(only debit card) and my 3ds is from Europe(so pounds and euros only).

u need to get a uk 3ds prepaid card to add funds, UK nintendo network card to add funds to a wii U or a 3DS.... credit card etc won't work.... ask someone to bring u a ninntendo network card from uk to add in funds

Problem is I don't know anyone in the UK who'll be coming to Pakistan soon

Shopon.pk has 3ds eshop points available in all varieties also I think famous toys in Islamabad has eshop cards but not confirmed

Famous Toys used be in F-6(where I live) but they shifted to who knows where. They had an awesome selection of 3ds games but this was before I got my 3ds. Shopon has cards for US 3dss.
