Nomura stated in an interview with Famitsu that five projects which he's currently working on will be out this year :

- Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix + (PS2)
- Subarashiki Kono Sekai: It's Wonderful World (NDS)
- Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII (PSP)
- Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete (Blu-ray Disc/Film)
- To be announced title

So there's still an unannounced project (which doesn't appear to be FFXIII) which he underlined will be out this year

Nomura isnt working on XIII, he's working on vs XIII which we know is not coming out atleast another year after the real FFXIII. This will likely be a wii project.

    Online session is enabled for UBL. I have an active subscription with my NayaPay card (it is already added to Google Payment Methods).

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
