New R7 250 not giving display after driver install reboot

So, I bought an R7 250. It worked fine after I put in the case and booted up, but after I installed the drivers and rebooted after the "Starting Windows" screen the PC just stops responding and there's a black screen.

I've installed different driver versions ranging from 13.12, 14.9, 14.11, 14.10. All of them result in the same black screen.

I'm going to try reinstalling windows now and see if that does anything. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Boot Into Safe Mode And Uninstall All The Drivers Using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) And Boot Up And See If It Gives Displays After Booting Windows.

I've tried this numerous times already to install the new drivers.

So It Gives Display... Hmm. Try Force Install Drivers. But Do Uninstall all drivers using DDU then Boot into windows (normal mode).

Go into Device Manager then double click display adapters then double click your AMD r7 250 then it will open a new window go to drivers > click update drivers > choose browse my computer for drivers > click browse > Go to (C: > AMD > *Stable Drivers* like 14.8 etc. > *your OS Version* Like win 7 > Click ami87 or whatever *similar* there is then click ok. it should install the drivers. Reboot and See if it gives display.

I've already tried manually installing drivers aswell, same issue.

Will do that on friday, when I've tried everything I can to make it work.

Try Using Another Port And see if it works maybe the resolution's causing the problem ?

I don't have a DVI cable, but I don't think that's the issue. The PC completely stops responding after the "Starting Windows" screen.

If it was resolution problem then I should still be able to hear sounds and be able to use the keyboard etc.

Hmm.. RMA is the only option now and yes try card on another pc to see if it's card.
