new gpu no display stuck on bios

I yesterday bought a new R9 270x 4gb from lahore hafiz center

When i plugged it in ran it gave no display again plugged out pluged in shows diaplay bt held at press f2 for bios some times after plugging out and in it looks like it gives display bt screen turns black

And 2ndly i was packing it so i may return i saw that when i put on the pci_e protector. Thers a printed logo there which says which model there was a sticker there it got removed a bit it was writted 4gd r9 270x r1
And i removed the sticker and saw its written 2gd means 2gb

It it 4gb or a fake 4gb sticked. Box says 4gb as on internet

Update bios of your motherboard to the latest version.
Actual memory (GBs) can only be confirmed once it is showing display.

Please use google to work out. Write therein how to update bios of Intel/Asus/Asrock/MSI (use name of brand you are using).
Also note that this is a sensitive job. So understand the procedure completely before you execute it.
Make sure you have downloaded latest version of bios from the website of manufacturers for the exact model.

Also keep in mind if there is any power failure during the process, it will damage the board and recovery of bios thereafter is a difficult process.

u have warranty....take ur system with u...and show those guys.

Bro from what u are saying.
it sure looks like the card..
have u checked ur system with internal graphics or any other gpu???
that should gve u a clear picture...!!!

Attach gpu . Use onboard display install drivers . Restart computer and use gpu display it should work.

My mobo doesn't has its own gpu it has no video out
I have a temporary card I used it on all 3 Pci_E slots and it works fine on that card in which ever slot I put into it geta stuck on start scrren intel logo press f2 for bios
