Did you try a fresh install ? Try that, Clean your registry and full scan your PC for potential viruses.
What are your PC operating temperatures and temps on load ??
IF software alterations do not help then try removing/changing ram slots and report back.

Blue screen commonly implies Ram or GPU problem.
Remove one stick of ram and run the PC to see if you get Bsod. Then remove the other stick, try changing the slots too. This would probably sort out the problem.

Easier method is to run memtest individually to see if it's a memory related issue.
