so, i was thinking to open a bank account for Freelancing , Bitcoin Transactions/ Skrill / Payoneer and Online Purchasing... I can initially deposit 50K to 100K.

if you are freelancing and not a filer and being paid in dollars for example you can’t .as you need to be a filer to open foreign currency account since June 2018 .for second one if you receive huge amount by freelancing fbr will freeze your account and issue you notice to explain your source of income .
‘These days the climate is not good for business community and freelancers . Few of the things and privileges that we had in Pakistan are being taken away by govt .and making people’s life miserable .

You don't need a foreign currency account to get paid. Any service Upwork, Fiverr etc send payment to your local bank account with the dollars converted into PKR. If you're already freelancing on Upwork show them your certificate of earning and they should be able to allow you.

I agree the climate isn't good but it's not that bad either, but I agree tomorrow if not today, we FREELANCERS will have to become filers to receive payments uninterrupted.

OP what platform you freelancing and who your payment processor is?
