NEORAGE Fatal Fury Hotkey problem/

Hello fellow gamers.

I use the NeoRage emulator to play the fatal fury series on my PC. I use a PS2 looking controller . My problem is that i cant seem to program the hotkeys for special moves/ combo moves . The function to program buttons for these moves are called Macros.

I once did use the Kawaks emulator, but due to very little updates and support available on the net, i abadoned it. However it did have a built in Macro setup.

I do appreciate any input about my problem.

Perhaps google would be a better place to search?
The problem could be with how your particular controller interfaces with the emulator, or with the emulator itself.
I'm afraid this is just too vague of a problem.

I'll wait for others to help you out. Let's see if someone has a solution.

You cant program hotkeys other then simultanious button combinatons.. binding special moves and combos to buttons on a joypad is only available for PS2 ports for these games. As far as i know neorage doesnt support programing special moves and combos to your system. any other way to configure macros on the controller would be a program that must've came with the joypad you are using, other then that i dont think neorage supports binding combos to joypad buttons...as far as i know.

Although I am sure there may be external programs available for doing so...but not through the emulator itself.

Thank you for your prompt reply . I still figured that since neorage had given an option to bind hotkeys, i had thought that perhaps i was missing something. I will take your word for it , and thanks again.

^ np dude, ive only been using Neorage since forever! lolz...binding hotkeys option is only for simultanous button presses, like holding down three buttons to charge your ki guage in KOF...or pressing LP+LK for evasion. You can map a single button to do that.
