Need System buying advice ...

Salam as the title says need to buy a new pc. need yr advice on the options i have and what performes better .
current System:
i7 920 @ 3.8 Ghz / Ausu P6x58D-E /Corsair XMS @1600 10GB Ram/=======/ Sandisk X110 SSD / GTX 770

looking to buy A i5 4670K /Maximus VI + RAM ( USED from PG Market ) / OR Suggest me some other Pro/Mobo.( Used or New )
i can max stretch my budget to 35K.


i have 2 options eider build a new work-PC. or shift the i7 920 to work and get the new System for Gaming.
will i get performance gain in gaming, from going from i7 920 to 4570 /4670K or not. will be keeping the GPU and SSD.

Just get a mobo & processor. Keep the RAMs.
I'd suggest getting a used i7 4770 + A new Mobo (whatever fulfills your needs, spend more on processor)
And, yes you will feel the performance difference coming from an i7 920.
