which parts do you guys recommend, should i buy used,prebuild or buy new parts and assemble myself ?

I also want to buy a new PC. someone said to me not to buy a PC from Pakistan. Because you can get fake products and suggested me to buy parts from Amazon. But that site is not available in Pakistan. How can i buy those parts? My friend does amazon shopping in Pakistan through mybag. I am afraid to use the site. Any other options for that?
