Get your kids an Ipad if money isn't an issue.IOS is very well optimized OS for tablet use unlike android & will last 4-5 years easily if well taken care off. You won't be able to find a new one at your budget unless someone is selling an older gen model. Check olx for current rates & deals

This would be perfect. Probably the best specs in this budget. If you can stretch your budget a bit you could get a used IPAD and that would be significantly better.
