need laptop under 55k

i have an hp right now and it sucks mega ballz. lags alot, hangs up, even though its just an year old and has no viruses etc
ill be starting uni soon and since ill be doing a lot of coding i think i need something that fits that purpose.
not much gaming, maybe csgo at most, definitely will be watching a lot of movies/shows/etc, maybe some photoshop as well as i plan on learning that
55k is the upper limit, please advise what i should get. preferably should have minimum 6 gigs ram. thanks in advance.

I recommend​ getting a used 6th, 7th gen notebook in this range. Full hd screen, Ssd and 8 gb ram will serve you good.
