[SOLVED] Need Info on LG V20

Salam guys! I really like LG phones, used G3 for a long time! these days my eyes on LG v20, I googled alot about its boot loop issue! I want to know if anyone here have any experience with V20. I know the boot loop issue with old phones! but I couldnt find any really good info about v20. What will be your opinion? should i go for it or Stay away!

I dont think v20 has bootloop issues, my cousin bought a brand new S8+ and its board got dead in 2 months thanks it was in accidental warranty.

I saw v20 being sold for 22k tmobil version .. its a tempting price for such a device

What versions to buy in pak ??

I mean I know some V20 have this issue!!! but not like G4 and V10 i think!

[MENTION=24598]rusty47[/MENTION] problem is refurb phones the market is flooded by these things they brought used bruised phones and then they are refurbished at dubai with new casings/mics/speakers/screens etc etc .. I would happily buy a used phone then a refurb unit.

Have you ever wondered how droid turbo a 4 year old phone still available in 10/10 condition ??

In my view in all the amarican versions Tmobil is better, ATT dont get updates (s6 active of mine still on lolipop) verizon/sprint have signal issues. That 22k v20 is being sold locally by some guy who has used it for 3 4 months

V20 doesn't have any boot loop issue. Yeah there were some rare cases but the causes were different as mentioned by LG. Therefore you don't find much videos about it in YT either.

Regarding the price, I myself am looking for one and I think there's a guy in PG selling it aswell. Visit the marketplace section for more details.

Well even after that i wont recommend after what happened to my sister's lg g5 : / lg is famous for blaming and making excuses thats why the lawsuit case is still in process against them never the less even if there are less reports we have to take caution, try to go for any other phone instead, there are many great options like one plus 3 or xiaomi phones

Considering that there will be no warranty, it is still a risky move to buy LG products upto V20 model.G6 and ofcourse V30 are free from bootloop lol but any previous model is prone to bootloop issue. Not immediately, but maybe after a few months. Who knows.I desperately wanted V10 because of it killer looks and then V20 but didn't buy it just because of the bootloop risk.Edit: WTF is wrong with formatting :/ It's an eye sore ...

Ikr, i wanted to buy g4 so bad becos i just loved its camera but was very disappointed becos of its bootloop issue especially after saving money for a whole year just to buy a phone i couldnt take that risk ;-; so i went for xiaomi instead xD

the only reason im considering V20 is cuz of its specs and price! I use my phone mostly for games! like Arena of valor. I have Xiaomi note 4 which is very good! SD 625 is a very nice chipset. but just want a little big screen with better GPU. the risk is real for sure with V20!!

Well i donno how much is your budget but why dont you go for one plus 3 instead? Its an awesome phone too with the same specs as v20 (snapdragon 820) but with 6gb ram you can find one in used for like 28k-30k

Yep good choice.

There are two 1+3s being sold on PG at 27K and 31K approx.

I myself is using 3T and it is exceptional.

Dont think so, infact i think op3/3t is better as it has 6gb of ram, maybe you are talking about phyical look but in performance op3/3t beats lg v20

i have used some of the lg phones like optimus lte and g2 the best thing is the unique ips true hd display i like the colors of the lg screens of some old models the last one appeared to be g2 do they stop producing the true hd ips engine based phones after 2014 before g3 the display of lg phones was cool with but later models screen looks same as the china mobiles xiaomi chi chi qmobile huawei meizu etc

I am using LG G Pro since 4+ years and LG G3 since 3+ years...never faced a bootloop issue. I recommended my friend LG G4 and its around 2 years + now.... he also never faced bootloop issue as well.

i am also using lg v10 since three months the phone that got bad reputation in the market due to boot loop issues personally i have never faced any malfunction yet although i let it powered on continuously for several days still working like charm
