I need to know the power it's pulling at 100%.

Run IBT (2.54). 2 runs minimum at standard. No OC or anything!. Everything stock!.

The max for my 2500K is:

CPU Package Power: 62.033W.

IA Cores Power: 55.868W.

RealTemp showed 62 too.

Well its tdp is 95w, wont go more than this in any case.
So im guessing 62 watts seems fine, the rest maybe reserved for the gpu core or maybe not.

HW Info needed. Keep the sensors tab/page opened and do 2 runs.

Edit: 2 runs should require somewhere like 1 minute or less.
