Need Help in Model Town (LHR)

Once upon a time, I was using PTCL 4Mb which had line issues so they installed a fibre cable with 8Mb it was great at first then again line issues specially in holidays like Eid, i am all at home without any internet for 7 days or more.
I changed to Worldcall 4Mb at the start of this year but 3 months before it stopped, they said no salaries have been paid to staff for some months so they stopped working etx.
Anyways currently i am using Witribe 3Mb for 2 months now and i never had a smooth browsing session till now, last week they stopped the service coz we exceeded 100Gb limit which was supposed to be 200Gb so i upgraded but still slow browsing even when idle and there is no torrent up for download.

So i need help regarding my issues that i need a stable fast connection (min 4MB) with unlimited downloads.
I dont know about these fibre optix etx services if they are in my area. (Model Town M Block behind InQaLabi QaDri BABA)
Suggest me Please i am fed up of the internet (cant watch live football matches, cant browse fast, dont want to download any game or even a movie now just :fap

They got permission, claimed they'd be available in Model Town in a month, and that was back in August.

I just placed my order to them and they asked for at least 3 weeks deployment time. Can't wait to experience their service after reading so much positive reviews about them.

@samthetuffguy where do you live in model town? I called them yesterday they are giving me 4 months time span to deploy their setup in modeltown.
