Need Help for Intel HD 3000 Graphics Settings!

Guys,

I Grab a new Laptop for normal use and i like to play few games like SSF4 and Split Second on it.Since i m not good in Technical Setting so need your Help

The Configurations are.

Intel Core i5-2410 (Sandy)
4 GB of RAM
500 GB of HDD.
Intel HD 3000 Chip for Graphics.

Is it decent enough to run the above Games ? I am looking for Intel HD3000 Configuration to run these games on medium Settings.I installed SSF4AE and its running Very Slow..it will be Great if some one can tell me that what's need to be turn on or off in 3D and Display settings to make the game run smooth & Faster?

bro this is what u get out of intel integerated graphic card.

i was in same situation but i gave up, u have to have nvidia GPU
