need help buying graphics card

guys i want to know which gpu is better for my rig?

intel core i3 4150
8gb ram
gigabyte H81M-DS2 board
current gpu - gtx 650 (1gb)
psu- generic( i think 300w)

so according to my rig which gpu would be better and where to get it? i live in peshawar.

my options

RADEON RX460 4GB
GTX 1050TI


My budget is around 15 to 18k.
and i really want to upgrade, just confused.

plz guide me

If the rams size is equal on both the cards then a gtx 1050 ti will outperform a rx 460.

Do keep in mind that a gtx 1050 ti 4gb (new and in full warranty) is around 20 k so you will have to increase your budget a little bit if you can.

Thanx and what about the support? Is the 1050ti compatible with my rig? Like its a newer card and i have an older board and a generic psu and yes my psu doesn't have a 6pin connector.

Your motherboard should support the card I don't think that will be a problem.

You have the option of using your 300 watt psu and get a cheap connector for it so it can support the gtx 1050 ti but I wouldn't recommend it. These psu
are unreliable I would suggest to get either a new corsair 350 watt psu (for 3700 rs) or get a sealed less used branded psu. You can easily get Antec, seasonic
psu second hand 300- 400 watt cheaply either on pakgamers or in the market with the 6 pin connector.

Guys i would like to clear it up Gtx 1050ti in most cases doesnt uses a 6 pin connector and yes it is superior to rx 460 feature/Performance wise.
