Need guidance, gaming on Optix, Askari Lahore

Guyz I need reviews if someone is using Optix in Lahore for gaming, what are the pings? specifically in these titles CS:GO, Dota 2, Rainbox Six Siege, PUBG PC, PUBG PC Lite, HoN, Fortnite?
I only have two options here, PTCL & Optix, PTCL worked good from last 4 years but now I am having bad time with it, so now I am thinking to switch to Optix, and my main concern would be lower pings in online games.

Kindly need some detailed review and advice on this.

I'm using Optix in Rawalpindi so I can only speak about that.
Using 20mb package n I'm not much into these competitive MP games as well.
Otherwise it's best value for money. Never noticed anything laggy atleast in Rainbow Six or BF1 on PS4
