need guidance about postgraduate programme

I have graduated in computer science from Iqra university with cgpa of 2.9, now I am looking for taking admission in post graduate program
can you guide me which university should i consider , i was thinking NED university and karachi university as i am low on budget aswell. or should i go for iqra university again .

iqra university is good. but NED university is top of the list.
