Need advice - purchasing PS4 Pro

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a brand new PS4 Pro in Islamabad and would greatly appreciate fellow PakGamers' advice.

1) Do you recommend any trustworthy and reliable shop in Islamabad?
2) What is a fair price as of August 2019 I should expect to pay for a brand new PS4 Pro 1TB Black CUH-7200 model (just the console, no games bundle)?
3) What kind of warranty, if any, should I expect the shop to honour in case there is a defect with the console?

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN
