Yesterday my Cooler Master Extreme Power Series 500W (RS-500 PCAR) fried. Ran for 3 and a half years.
For now im considering getting a CM-EP Series 600W (RS-600 PCAR) PSU (Worth 5500rs) on account of my future upgrade.
Specs i have in mind:
Processor: Core i3 or i5 (second gen)
Motherboard: No specific mobo in mind but my selection will include:
-Built in Audio/Video Drivers
-PCI-E 2.0
-High Ram Bus Speed (want to use 4gb Corsair in my next upgrade)
GPU: Nvidia 550ti or 560ti

My Current Specs:
Processor: Intel E6500
Motherboard: DG43NB
Ram: Dual Stick Kingston (1gb + 2gb)
HD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black and 500GB Western Digital (Normal HD)
GPU: Sparkle GT450 Superclocked version

A friend of mine suggested i get Corsair 430W for my current specs as well as keep it after i upgrade my rig (upgrades mentioned above) and it being cheaper than CM's 600W PSU as well (4200rs) he also mentioned CM PSUs failure rate (his own had fried his motherboard and gpu)

Anyway, should i go for Corsair or get CM?
If i should get Cooler Master should i bother getting the 600W or get another 500W?

The 500W one i mentioned will be more than enough then

Im using a heavily overclocked GTX560Ti which as per reviews crosses 200W of Power Consumption on Max Load running on the same PSU
