Hey guys I want to know the best android phone you can get in under 22k max. I've narrowed it down to Moto G, Huawei Honor 3c and Xiaomi Redmi 1S WCDMA. I want to know which is the best from these 3 and if you want to recommend another in the same price range.

It depends if you wan't to buy only a new boxed set or you can consider little used ones too since you haven't mentioned it in ur post.
If you want a new phone I'd say nothing is better than Moto G currently in the market. Please don't consider chinese OEMs they are a waste of money.
Secondly, if you're in for used phones too then you have couple of options, among which the best you can get are Nexus 4 and LG Optimus G

No no used guys. Plus why do you think Chinese OEMs are a waste?

Redmi 1s wcdma over moto G as it has a better processor Expandable memory and bigger screen. Not to mention the greatest MIUI.

Chinese manufacture, low internal storage, comes with bloatware on top running Android 4.2.

Behrox, Moto G is an excellent phone, the Xperia SP is also another good option but bear in mind, there won't be any official Android 4.4 update from Sony.

Don't fall for the specs and benchmark scores of these chinese phones. Cuz in real life performing and multitasking they are totally different. They tend to heat up quickly in general. You'll face a lot of hiccups and lags after 2-3 months of usage. MediaTek quadcores do not even come close to snapdragon quads in performance as well. Finally there's little to no developer support for chinese OEMs. I think that pretty much sums it up why you shouldn't waste ur money on chinese crap.

Research a bit about xiaomi phones and then make your decision.

What do you reckon, I haven't? Please.

EDIT:
Alright, I'm sorry guys I read the specs of a different product. Apologies.

On topic: The Xiaomi indeed looks promising, it not only has more powerful processor but the camera is also superior to that of the Moto G. If you must want better GPU though, consider getting the Xperia SP.
