[NBA] LCD/LED Monitor

Hello, as the title suggests i am buying llcd or led monitor and my budget is 10k-10500.
i am thinking of buying S19A100N anybody have any experience with it? or if you can suggest any better! please do.

I want good n reliable warrany preferably 3years, which currently only samsung and asus is providing(as far as i know) are there warranty reliable?
I don't mind going to lower resolution from my current resolution(1600X900) but picture quality should be good.

my present monitor(can be seen in my "PC specs" have yesterday started showing 2-6 vertical lines (they disappear if i light press the screen but come again after few mins or hour) and there was 2 big black circles at bottom but they are gradually disappearing now only one is remaining and is quite light(red-black but visible) , my led had no warranty so any idea if i can sell it anywhere?

I'm using this LED on my other PC. Its a good LED in this price but keep in mind that it has very limited features. Only one button ON/OFF button and you can also change brightness with it by pressing few seconds. No DVI or HDMI, Only VGA. Colors, sharpness and built quality is very good.

Is there any tilt problem? like screen facing down\forward or can't adjust/tilt it up/backward.

You can slightly tilt up and down. and viewing angle is not wide. You need to sit in front of it esply while watching videos.

Comeon people i need answer before saturaday. otherwise i'll have toss to decide which 1 to buy, kidding. i'll buy Samsung if no body replies .
