[NBA] gpu for gaming

So recently my room wires got all fked up and caught fire cuz of the UPS and when the rewiring was done , I turned on my pc and then the PSU literally caught fire . And cuz of that my gpu died . :[ . Now I need a new gpu for 7-8k . I have my eye on either
1. Inn3d 730 from galaxy.com.pk new
2. Ati r7 250 used . Friend is selling it to me for 5.5k

Specs:
Quadcore q6700 @2.66ghz
7gb ram (check info under avatar for which model)
Some intel mobo


My previous gpu was a gt-440 , my only requirement is that I want to play gta v on it woot lol . As my previous card ran nfs rival , max payne 3 , crysis 3 I think the one i have my eye on can run gta v

You should raise your budget a bit more around 12-15k to buy a good card

Bro just bought a psu 10mins ago lol , I have 8k now for gpu. The r7 250 seems good , whatdo you say?

if your main aim is to play gta 5 then any r7 250 model can run gta 5 okay and if you specify the exact model it would be better. gta V is optimized pretty well so with even the minimum specs you will be able to play it with good fps.good luck. r7 250 is a good choice

Sorry for the late response was very busy due to exams . Also my cause of my exams I now have 12K on hand to buy a GPU and was thinking of getting a GT740 . how is it compared to r7 250 ? Really confused , If I get a R7 250 will it run games with Physix fine ?

Games these days are just more optimized for Nvidia and it seems like devs don't really care for amd that much. Recent games haven't be running that well on AMD. So, go for Nvidia in any case.

well , i would say if u have 11 k to 12k can you increase 2k and get a r7 260x it will run bf4 on 1080p ultra 50-60 , 900p ultra 2x msaa 60+ fps , its the best you can get here even its price is same like usa i mean 145$ = 14600 and its price is 14200 ,
even you quad wont bottleneck it , have a look

@alawbanda dont mislead him bro , first of all i am not a amd fan boy
devs are more focusing on amd bcz its pro + gpu is used in ps4 and xbox 1 so in next games amd will run 2x better than nvidia in same price yes 2x better bcz amd has mantle which increase gpu performance upto 25% i.e we get 50 fps we can get 65+ fps with mantle and amd new driver called omega driver will make games graphic , post process , ambient occlusion very real + smooth experience even i have nvidia gt 440 and will upgrade to r9 270x the best thing i like for amd gpus is they have less bottleneck gtx 750 will bottleneck q6600 in some cpu intensive games whereas r7 260x have 0% bottleneck

in simple words future of gaming is amd bcz cheap + better
