As'salaam-0-Alaikum

I will be buying one of the above mentioned motherboards In'Shaa'ALLAH or may be any other if you suggest, need your suggestions which one to buy, my budget for mobo is 11.5k to 12k, wants to buy NEW or used in case of Warranty more than 2.5 years..
I am not interested in overclocking that's why going for H-Series Chipset and ATM getting 4th Gen i3 to start my PC, may be later i'll upgrade Proc. to i5 5th Gen (thats why going for H97 so that no need to upgrade the mobo then)

Please suggest which mobo to buy..

by adding 2.5k you can get z97-hd3 you might not o.c but there come a time when you require more processing power from i5 5th gen you will get InshaAllah

Bro I also took this mobo into consideration, but neglected because I am tight on budget, but if it will be possible for me to increase my budget, I'll go for Z97..
What about from h97? Which one to go for?

Yes both are nearly identical, d3h has a little bit bigger form factor and has data express connector + M.2 PCI express connector
And available in lesser price than hd3..
Hd3 released later than d3h..
Which one u prefer?

Ok Bro, But as u suggested for Z97, i will try to go for it first if manage to increase my budget, Else GA-H97-D3H will be fine i think..

Wrong One Can Overclock On H Series Boards Too Don't Know About Gigabyte But Asus, MSI, Asrock Have Confirmed this. I myself using H85M Mobo and i can overclock my 4670k easily.

Actually I am not interested in overclocking as I mentioned in my first post, and found gigabytes board to have good features set in my range.
What do you think about those mobos other than overclocking?

Get whichever is Cheaper unless you use or buy m.2 SSDs In Future Then Go For d3h.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
