[NBA] CPU Cooler for Socket 1156.

I just bought this Xeon X3440 + Intel DP55WB combo, and now want to squeeze the max out of this processor.
I just overclocked it from 2.53 GHz ( 19 x 133 ) to 3.1 GHz ( 19 x 166 ) and within 1 minute of Prime95 torture tests, the core temps are hitting 83 Celsius.
I am confused between these two available options :

1. Thermaltake Contac 29
2. Cooler Master Hyper N 520

Expert opinion highly appreciated.
And yeah the budget CANNOT exceed 4K.

Contac is quite much better than the n520. However, if you could find a Hyper 212 EVO, then that would be the best. Another option is also Corsair's CAFA50 which is a decent cooler.

Get a variant of hyper 212+ they would perform better than your chosen ones for the price.
Although check if your casing supports it,its about 165 mm high.

Contac 29 available on czone and Hyper N 520 on galaxy, but if Contac 29 is better than N520, why is it priced lower than it ? ( Contac 29 3.1k Czone and N520 3.6k galaxy ) . The casing is a Casecom 9188 and I'm sure it would take it.
Hyper 212+ availability scarce.

Try some local markets or pg marketplace for a 212+ man,or get the 212+ evo from galaxy.
