Need cell phone recommendation,
Budget is 15k to 17k.
Need only NEW mobile, not used (Because of some reasons), please recommend me the best in this price range.
Personally i am interested in Huawei Honor 3C as its a good Value android phone compairing its price and specs.
Need your opinions urgently.
