So they have introduced and removed many packages which show an alarming scene and perhaps an introduction to a more focused approach.

The unlimited packages are really marketing fluff with 1TB limits. Considering 10 and 15Mbps speeds, any heavy downloader can exceed such a limit in no time. These just shows Nayatel's reluctant attempt to curb its addiction of volume bundles.

The limited packages have been reduced to only 4 and have 25-50% higher volume (125-150GB) but there is no 30Mbps package (Only 10, 15, 18, 20), perhaps their network is finally showing its limits.

The best seller stickers are also set with 10Mpbs packages, showing that they want that to be sold the most, if possible. Though the best value offer is actually the 18Mbps limited package with about Rs. 114/Mbps rate.

Everyone else is moving towards higher speed packages and these morons go and remove the 30 Mbps one entirely.

Thankfully, they bumped up existing 30 Mbps users to 35 Mbps, not a huge upgrade, but I'll take it. Data cap also increased to 200 GB/month.

Well they could only have limited 30Mbps connections so I guess they want to retain the cash cows :)P) who hold them. Perhaps the 30Mbps was motivated due to the risk of TWE penetrating their areas which didn't happen and so now they lost their purpose.

You can clearly see that, with these packages, they are aiming to beat PTCL's transformed DSL packages and not TWE's fiber. I believe they neither have the capacity nor the corporate will to take TWE head-on in DHA/Bahria. They realize that that battle is lost already, so they are aiming to attract customers from PTCL's non-society base. But, at the same time, one feels that the heat is on for Nayatel - new customer acquisition must have really slowed down for them to make an eyewash attempt at unlimited bundles.

I think we are just seeing it from Gamers perspective. An average consumer is more than satisfied with 10/15 Mbps unlimited package and their unlimited bundle plus @ 30Mbps for FB/Google/Netflix

Actually gamers really don't need much high speed internet links than lower latency timings. Only people who stream/download HD/4k movies and tv need it. Like right now I have 6 tv shows in queue, all 1080p and ranging in 20-110GB in size. I watch English, Korean, Chinese and recently Thai dramas...

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
