I have been using Nayatel's connection for a few months when they had 5 Mbps originally. They've upgraded everyone to 7 Mbps I believe. As it is a symmetrical connection, everyone should be getting 7 Mbps on both download and upload and that does seem to be shown on speedtest.net. However, when I try to upload files on websites like MEGA the speed is erratic as it keeps fluctuating between 3 Mbps and 5 Mbps but never gets to 7 Mbps. I've tried restarting the modem but to no avail. I'm sure most people depend mostly on download speeds which are fine at my end but I find it disappointing to get such upload speeds when I'm paying 7 Mbps for their crappy 55 GB limit. Does anyone have such experience on uploads as well?
