I have been using PTCL bb since ages. Had a major issue of Ping . My normal ping pn PS4 used to be b/w 150-300 which was a major issue. Just switched to NAYATEL few weeks back and now my ping stays b/w 70-160. Apart of this i am also having a v good speed of BB.I am using 12/15 package of Nayatel and every time i do speed test i found my speed rate always same.
I live in Islamabad and i rate 4.5/5 for nayatel .

Seeing such a post is disappointing. PTCL in my honest opinion is about 200 times better than Nayatel... Wonder why? Because having something is better than having nothing. I moved to Islamabad about 2.5 years ago, my location is G13/4 and God knows how many times I've contacted the team to give me their service but they're not available in my area. They say "soon" "soon" "soon" but that "soon" turned into 2.5 years and yet no signs of them being available whatsoever. And wanna know something funny? A guy I know lives like 10 streets away from me and he's in the same sector and it's available in his area.
I've seen countless people mention about them being in Islamabad and yet not having service available, I mean look at the irony. They seem to brag a lot about how good their service is and how they're trying to expand to other cities and yet they haven't even expanded completely to their very main city, and they've been around for more than a decade now. This is hilarious and stupid at the same time. At least PTCL is available in about 200x more places in Pakistan, pretty much every street you go, you'll find PTCL there.
Honestly I'll say this, if Nayatel doesn't even expand completely in its main cities, it can soon get completely vanished and get replaced by some better company, possibly if Zong starts providing FTTH service or PTCL steps up their customer service.

Nayatel launched its services in Faisalabad in late 2016/early 2017, and some how your friend has been waiting for 3 years? :laugh1:

I've been waiting for PTCL GPON for 5 years. Stormfibre for the same amount of time. Transworld too. Add Optix to the mix. Guess they all suck more...
