Hello so My ISP is Nayatel and i live in islamabad and my router model is hg8245h and i have been trying to port forward it for years and it has never worked does nayatel use cgnat? i also have a static ip setup so that wouldnt change i have been trying to port forward a minecraft server which uses port 25565 and i would give my friends public ip but it would just time out the connection so if you know anything about this it would be appreciated as the router is refusing to open these ports
