Nayatel net keeps freezing in online games.

Hey guys first time poster, got nayatel about 3 months and it was working perfectly. About 5 days ago every game I've been playing online randomly freezes for 2 secs and then resumes, this happens every minute or so. Been playing Overwatch, Cod, and Fifa on my ps4 and the same thing happens regardless of the game. I've called Nayatel support several times changed wifi channels, update firmware etc. but the same issue keeps repeating itself. I've also tried connected through wired but after a few minutes i got lan cable disconnected and got kicked out of the game.

i don't know what to do any advice would be great

Kindly provide screenshots of these after logging into the router (by the way, change default password once logged in if you haven't done so already):
- Optical Information
- WLAN Advanced Configuration
- WAN Information from status page for "INTERNET_R_VID_10" (may blur sensitive info like IP, mac address, ...) or PM this info

Normally, customer support would have caught any problem with the ONT or the connection ... might be something else!

Also, Nayatel with no public IPs can never provide any decent gaming experience ... sure it'll work but won't be any good unless they do something about it!

sorry for the late reply here you go,

had a nayatel technician come over but was unable to find the cause of the drops on wireless connection and said it was a very minor drop. These things matter in online games especially shooters, let me know know if u could if you could find out the issue.

You should try using LAN cable
Problem may be in your PS4 as well, have you considered that?

Any updates? The 2.4 GHz band is quite prone to interference as it is license free and used by many appliances like cordless phones, microwave ovens, alarms, etc... ... but you also tried wired that lasted for 5 mins indicating lag (quite normal at times unfortunately) but still better than the result with wifi ... could you try wired again ... and do you use the wireless headset (if yes try going wired)!

There is nothing wrong with your connection or atleast from the backend.
You are playing on wifi which is not reliable. As above guy mentioned the 2.4 GHz frequency is over burdened and is prone to interference. Get a wired connection or atleast get a router which can broadcast wifi over 5 GHz frequency but then i am not sure if PS4 supports it. I lived 2 years in Germany and no ISP there even accepts your complain if you play games on Wifi.

switched to wired connection and there's no lag/freezes in it. However at random intervals 30 minutes or 3 hours the lan connection will disconnect. The Nayatel technician inspected the wire said the connectors were lose and changed them but the same issue occurs. I should point out this used to happen even before the freezes started.
