Nayatel and Playstation4 Connectivity issue

AOA all!
I replaced ptcl 4mb with Nayatel 5mb, suddenly got this problem on PlayStation 4.
PS4 does connect to internet, it signs to PSN, when I play games like FiFa17 or BOps3, it says "Cannot use the application for network features..." or
"NP 34924-2" etc.
Downloading works but very slow speed.
Wierd thing is that when I play online Battlefield 4 on Playstation 3, it shows no error and it works like charm.
I tried again and again on PS4 but no luck.
I contacted Nayatel assistance, they disabled firewall in my connection, it did work for a while then disconnected the next time I played after a few hours.

Please help.HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Note: I have a wireless connection
