Nayatel Truely Unlimited Packages

What is stopping Nayatel from launching truly unlimited packages?

Upgrading the bandwidth by ~2Mbps for everyone doesn't do shit about it. PTCL has now lowered the price on all connections so much so that Nayatel in true sense isn't viable anymore. Just sitting on the unreliability of PTCL isn't something it should be doing.

I just hope that Fiberlink, StormFiber or some other ISP comes here and gives it a wake up call, otherwise this monopolistic behavior will not suffice.

Nayatel is one of the greediest ISPs in Pakistan. If you think PTCL tries to rip people off, then Nayatel is on a whole other level. Their saving grace is that they have awesome customer care.

Agree. In Faisalabad All Nayatel, Stormfiber and Fiberlink are available. Stormfiber is providing 10 Mbps package with cable and phone in 2000 while Nayatel is in same price is giving 7 Mbps wth limited volume.

And Fiberlink on other hand is providing 100 Mbps with same download and upload speed in 4500 PKR. Fiberlink is expanding very fast. Once it will arrive in my vincinity I will ditch all others.

Agreed too... hopefuly they will act after PTCL offcially annonce Transform packages for all.
They will be dead once transform packages hit the street. They need something very drastic in their price model to remain competitive. Especially in conjunction with the expansion of value-oriented services like Fiberlink, Optix, and StormFiber.

You are indeed correct. There is another thing that is the customer service is actually all outsourced. They even don't have that to their name. And how it serves up to be the greatest? Because unlike others, it isn't free. Each visit by their team costs at the minimum, 600 rupees, if they do nothing. Otherwise it always costs around 1500 or so. Thus I always consider others' free but mediocre support as better than their great but rip off support.

Nayatel is going down the hill and they recently don't give shit about their customers. 12 mb in 2017 is soooo stupid and their prices are also high.

Have to agree here that nayatels greed is on a whole new level , charging 200 rupees for unlimited YouTube and play store is ridiculously anti consumer in 2017 and just a shit practice . The only benefit of nayatel is they have both Transworld and ptcl bandwith so if 1 goes down and u want lower ping in some specific game they do switch it for you and sometimes do fix the route also nayatel usually have at least 20 Ms lower ping on average than ptcl on almost all games
