MUGEN 2D Fighting games Help!

Does any one know how to work in MUGEN? or know how to work in Fighter Factory software, I need help is some coding in MUGEN software, in Char Sprites commands.

This vision is before 1.0 i am also working on 1.0 Mugen as well.

Have you tried Mugenguild's guide?
They can guide you better, even so what seems to be the issue

I have already tried there but till now no positive response, the only issue it this the my animation, is not synchronizing with the code timing, and the image size is to big, dont know how to set them! Just needed to put a BG screen on a special move.
