My brother brought a iPhone 6 Plus on 25th November. After a few days I watched a video on YouTube which said to use your new mobile before 1st December so your mobile gets registered and you don't have to pay the tax. So on 30th November, 9 pm I inserted my sim in my iPhone and made a call to a friend of mine. Is that OK? Is my mobile registered with PTA? Or I have to do something else. Kindly guide please. Also how I can check if my mobile IMEI number is registered with PTA and I don't have to pay any tax. Please inform. 
PS: I have just used iPhone once which I informed above. Just for 10-15 minutes. I am using Mi Max 2 permanently.
