Want To Buy Mobile GPU needed for Small Desktop

Assalamoalikum,
Can anybody help me finding this sort of Video Card:

I am using Dell Optiplex 755 having "Small Form Factor" like this:

Its PSU says 275W. I am running 128MB ATI Radeon X600SE.


I need better GPU from nvidia.

I need to get the below one, preferably single slot having DVI connector:

and not the one having large in width:

And most important, this Dell PSU says 275W and i can't able to change it as psu is fitted in this case.
