I need reviews for Mi Band 3 or if any other band to track fitness
also the price on Mi store is 5k where as on telemart it is for 3.4k, is it only because of the NFC? Is there any reliable physical store in Islamabad
Thank you.

I'm currently using a MI Band 3 for about a month, i got it from AllmyTech for About almost 3680 instead of Actual 4,000 price with 8% discount which i availed on direct bank account transfer.

So i would recommend you to buy from AllmyTech or even Telemart which ever is selling cheaper! i order from Allmytech because of their Super Fast Delivery & Reliable service.

Overall it is a very Good fitness tracker for the price almost like a "Fitbit" its only direct rival is slightly expensive Honor Band 4.

I think all the version being sold in PAK are without "NFC".

Do search for the english version, I bought 1 from OLX for 2.5k and thought what a price turned out to be Chinese version, despite that it is a very good tracker just to check I wore it alongside apple watch and steps tracked were almost similar. Battery life is also great 5-7 days easily. NFC is useless unless you want to make payments using ur band.

You should go for it bro. I own both the first gen & 2nd gen miband. Both are quite good. These mibands are the cheapest fitness bands available right now. Miband 2 is quite accurate when it comes to steps counting so I'm pretty sure they must have improved the miband 3 as well. Though the heart rate sensor is just a gimmick & doesn't give accurate readings

so which one's better, mi band 3 or honor band 4?
btw does mi 3 measures calories and workout during swimming as I read review of someone saying that it doesnt where as box band 4 says swim stroke recognition.

MI band 3 definitely measures your burn via total daily steps counts, & other workouts like Treadmill etc but I think it doesn't have the swim stroke recognition.

Honor Band 4 is slightly better with color Display and better sleeping tracking etc but it is also slightly prices then Mi Band 3 with up to 2-3K price difference between the two.

Btw if you need a brand new fitness tracker then I would suggest that you wait a little bit more as Xiaomi/Huami will release the new MI Band 4 next month probably with Color display and other new features at a fraction of Fitbit price.

I can definitely wait one month, any idea when will it be available here?

I tried sleep tracking though mobile application as well, but I guess it can track better with moving arm

Honor band 4 at Telemart is for 4.4k whereas Mi band is for 3.7k after that 8% discount so difference isnt much price wise.

It can track your sleep pattern with your body movements but you are right its annoying to wear something all night, i dont even wear a watch while sleeping.

gamer11 bro I had jawbone tracker couple of years ago and it was the most comfortable tracker I ever had plus its sleep tracking was way better thn mi band but I am overall satisfied with mi band 3 its continuous HR monitoring is a premium feature for less thn 4k price.

I cant comment on honor band 4 never used it :)

Honor Band 4 is better, it has also got some very good sleep tracking feature, which is certified by Havard Medical I think (at least something like that was written in it's description main website).

the only major Con it has is you cannot export your fitness data to other 3rd party apps Incase you're some sort of fitness freak [emoji14] and want to compare your data. As you can only use it's own official App from Playstore.

Lol I only bought for the vibration alarm feature to wake me up for Fajr Salah, and I must say it works surprisingly well. But I had to adjust with it during my sleep just like you said that strange feeling or discomfort. But overall it is best bang for buck fitness tracker.

btw mi band 4 vs honor 4, which one?
so only difference in band 4 is that it has better sleep tracking and colour display, right?

Well that is the least of features I can tell you about, there was a video on YouTube regarding MI Band 4, apparently Xiaomi changed it's name slightly I think because of strategic point of view.

But more details will be clear with the passage of time, as definitely next month Xiaomi will release MI Band 3 successor and I can promise you that it will be feature pack bro. So you better wait out a bit I suppose.

I was watching a comparison video on band 4 and mi 3, band 4 has better sleep tracking and HR plus ability to recognize swim strokes so definitely better than mi 3
I hope mi 4 includes these features, I'd want swimming feature as well.

i think it will include those features too, but you're willing to spend a little close to 8K then Xiaomi also have Amazfit Arc Fitness band too, a more premium offering in that price range.

Yeah it works fine alot better thn mi band 2 infact and with set to 30 mins I can easily get 6 days atleast.

Mi band 1 no screen, no HR monitor.
Mi band 2 small screen , HR monitor (not continuous)
Mi band 3 Good screen Continuous HR monitor, NFC, Better battery life atleast for me.
Mi band 4 ... more features thn mi band 3 :D

Why dont you look at amazfit bip, can be had for 7-8k used amazing tracker with gps and amazing battery life plus it looks like an apple watch :D

smaaz I was actually more interested in buying Huawei Watch GT (A Fitness tracker in Smartwatch clothes). It is simply breath taking with Massive 46mm AMOLED Display Dial, 2 Weeks of Battery life and killer looks.

Amazfit Bip is also amazing especially with that Apple Looks just as mentioned, and excellent battery life & Tracking functions at a very reasonable 7-8K price point.

But sadly being a PC Gamer, I'm saving money for my new PC build up as I'm currently sitting on 3rd Gen i5 Build & I'm contemplating on upgrading to either upcoming Ryzen 3rd Gen or Intel 9th Gen build, which will cost a lot.

I guess I'll wait for Mi band 4 to see what that offers otherwise honor band 4 if mi 4 isnt upto mark, charging by removing from strap seems annoying.
Amazfit is for 7k on telemart but it was out in 2016 so kind of old now and despite the big size the display is very small, features seem all same here too.

doesnt mi 3 and honor 4 also come with GPS and show the track where you walked?
I have watched reviews of amazfit, features are similar to these but the price is 9k almost double the price
I read the FAQ according to which it shouldnt be taken for swimming so I dont think honor 4 can measure swim strokes if these watches cant handle swimming, i wonder if anyone used these while swimming since its hard to track time during that.

Amazfit Bip is resistant to dust, rain, splashing, and accidental submersion. It shouldn’t be used when you are taking a shower/bath, having a spa, swimming or in the sauna or steam room.

When you move your arm to begin swimming, water pressure can change quickly. It would be much higher than the static pressure at the depth of 1.5 meters and it’s possible water could force its way into the device.
I just noticed that Amazfit is upto 1.5m water resistant where band 3 n honor 4 are upto 50 meter.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
