Merging 2 DSLs + 4G (threesome) on a Load Balancing Router

I want to add One Wired Connection (cable net) and 2 Wireless connection setup would be

1 RJ45
1 3G Connection (like telenor, mobilink... etc.)
1 4G Connection (like Zong and Warid)

Can anyone suggests how i can start from which hardwares do i need. Do i need load balance router?

connectify dispatch does work but i wouldnt recommend it, it stops the connection again and again plus sometimes it just doesnt work. I dont know if that's the same with the load balancing routers but i think it would be better

3,000 PKR for each connection, 3x makes it 9,000 PKR for that much speed is quite a deal for PTCL

I haven't tried that patch thing yet to merge the wireless connection in it as well, I'm still looking forward to my 4th connection and be good with it.

But tbh, it's almost pointless besides when downloading stuff or managing multiple virtual machines otherwise it's just... good enough to download stuff and that's about it.

Unless it makes a better experience as in whole with better pings, better upload speed etc it's just for fun, that's it but that's my opinion though even though definitely enjoying merging connections as if one is having issue, I have others running just fine until that one is fixed etc.

i think it should have 1st july 2015 it will become rs.3000 per month ,,,or ptcl made a mistake there

then again thats expensive - i think best is i use my zong 4g both for downloading and playing , kinda gives better pings on all servers , drop of nearly 30-50 pings via ptcl .

4 connection would mean r12000/- for line rent of package only not to include the line rent and taxes etc- so it will crawl to roughly rs.14000/- per month which is very expensive .

Ah yeah, I'm paying 2,999 PKR on both of my bills. The third connection was installed this month so we'll see next month for that but then again, I don't wanna call them and deal with their fiasco for 1,500 PKR / mo extra to save so I'll just suck it up.
Well, maybe I'll just give them a call once and if it goes smooth then cool otherwise fuck it.

Right now I'm paying roughly of 3,500 PKR per connection with their Freedom Package for calling and other stuff so yeah it'll add up for me.
I can't do 4G thing as I won't get good enough signals at all otherwise I'd take that for adding upload speed advantage for sure. How much is the datacap for Zong 4G though that you're using? Which package and how much you have to pay for it?

A load balancer requires a source that being said if the source is worldcall.or ptcl should.not make a diff but best to ask around
