I need a graphic card in my PC here are the specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 HT 3.00 GHz
Memory: 1014 MB RAM
Mobo: Intel 82865G or i865P
V Memory: 96 (sux)
HDD: 100 GB

anything else to add then do tell me

well anyways the geeks from wccftech told me that the best card would be Nvidia 7600 GT. Is that true or are the geeks at wccftech are geeks for nothing =P

Bro as Dx10 era is arriving ,,so i would say no to 7600GT ,,tho.. it's good in DX9 games , BTW Tell us how much budget you have for GPu, so we may advice you better thing

since u got an AGP , the best u can get is x1950pro ( from beliscity.com)
other options include x1650 pro / 7600gt . ( both offer the same performance )

it says here that they only have it for PCI-e & its 15.7K!!! (If im right which im usually not) there is no way im gonna buy that!
How much does the AGP version cost? ( probably more expensive i guess :frown: )

Yep AGP cards are probably more expensive yet much slower than PCIx16 !

yes , i didnt see the PCX mark on that card.
AGP cards r slower but not thattt much compared to 16x pci express. AGP and PCI express card offer somewat same performance. Only a max of 10 fps diff.

Well u can get 7600gt. . x1650 pro .

1950Pro is available in AGP, but u'll have to search the market... it will probably cost u around 11-13K... its the best option on AGP... secondly
