Umm, this has been in my mind for quite some time, I want you guys to take PG to next level, get some international advertisers, there are thousands of visitors a day, now a days many are interested in making online purchasing, so getting some good and worthy advertisers will help quite a lot, plus the thing is there will be a fixed amount of revenue being generated with the sort of ads i have in mind, not the one like google does pay per click, and better thing is you can add as many slots as possible, obviously not to make them annoy but what ever suites better.
Best possible solution is buying ads via http://buysellads.com/ there are misc other similar companies offering this service but Buy Sell Ads is considered best, umm, I am not sure if they support Gaming related websites for now, but there might be other similar companies offering, this was just for an example. But if they do, consider them first.
Getting advertisers on your own will always be a big issue, so better, get something via such companies.
EDIT: umm, sorry I kept on saying Buying ads etc, but infact that was supposed to be Selling ads, since you are selling the ad spot on your website to the advertisers.
