Lv0 Hack for PS3 Custom Firmware

I read on multiple sources that a custom jailbreaked firmware was released for the 4.25 upgrade with some Lv0 hack and allows access to PSN as well. Anyone got any information on it?
if thats the case i might as well keep my ps3 till GTA5 comes out.
