[SOLVED] Looking for a 4th gen motherboard for my Corei5 4440 processor

I recently got Corei5 4440 3.1ghz processor & I've GIGABYTE GA-H81M-DS2 motherboard for it in mind , I found it on Galaxy.pk for 6k , If yall have a better mobo in mind for the same price suggest it to me I plan on using the parts (hardware) that I used with my Core2Quad Q8400 , My casing is Corsair carbide 200R with four 120mm fans ,I got 8gb ddr3 Corsair value ram @ 1333mhz , 500gb wd caiver black sata ii 7200rpm hdd , Creative sound blaster sb live 24bit! 7.1 sound card, Nvidia gt 440 , Samsung dvd writer 24x, Zumax 450watts psu & I know I'll need to reinstall the Windows after I replace the motherboard

That mobo will work just fine, just make sure you have 2x4gb RAM DIMMS since the mobo has only 2 ram slots.

Also the sound card wont work since the mobo has no PCI slots.

I do have two sticks of 4gb ddr3 ram each & if the sound card won't work my Creative SBS A550 5.1 surround sound speakers will become useless doesn't it says on the mobo's site 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 & 2 x PCI Express x1 slots , I know PCI-E slots are for the Gpu but it says there's two of them so does that mean the mobo is SLI???

Mobo is not SLI supported
and it wont support your PCI Sound card- but it has 5.1 output so your speakers wont be useless
go for Asus H81m-C if you want PCI output for sound card

Alright thanks I'll go with the Asus H81m-C mobo then & do you know any shops in Blue area that sell this board without bringing it ''on order'' & will I need to re apply the thermal paste or is the OEM/Stock thermal paste that came pre-applied on the hsf enough?

and regarding HSF are you talking about Processor installation?
if so you dont need additional paste. but if you wanna try another paste, remove the pre-applied one properly
