Hello, I'm looking to buy two 4-pin, speed controllable fans in 120mm size. May be new or used but must be quiet fans - preference for brands and fans known for being quiet (e.g. Noctua).
Fans must NOT have RGB or any LED lights in them, or if they do, it must be able to be turned off without requiring an RGB controller or signal.
Would also prefer if the fans were high static pressure as I'm going to be using them on a radiator but this isn't necessary as I already have another set of hsp fans and only need these to set up a push-pull cooling loop.
